Caramel? Nuts? Almond?
A bit of all! Sweet strong taste like mild caramel custard with hint of almond.
I ordered 18mg which is too strong for me and tried to thin it down with neutral juice with 0mg. Even then the taste is fine and mild Not for everyday, but relaxing if you feel for something sweet and smooth.
